John Eder, Retires
After an exceptional career and 30 years as the founding partner of Eder, Casella & Co., John Eder retired December 31st, 2019. John’s leadership and career were celebrated well with parties and many well wishes from the staff and clients he’s worked with over the years.
Although it’s business as usual for the firm as we gear up for our 31st tax season, John will truly be missed. John’s excellent head for business, his loyal heart of gold and his hilarious sense of humor make him truly memorable. “He taught me how to let go and give other people an opportunity to shine. I hope to never lose sight of that” said managing partner Shelly-Casella Dercole. We are happy to see him be able to enjoy this next phase of life.
Over the last year, John did a great job teaching and advising the staff who have already transitioned into working with his clients. We look forward to continuing our commitment to serving our clients well in the new decade.
