EDER, CASELLA & CO. PROMOTES CHERYDEN JUERGENSEN TO PARTNER

Eder, Casella & Co. would like to announce the promotion of Cheryden Juergensen to Partner. Cheryden is responsible for managing the Firm's audit practice which includes governmental, not for profit, and business audits.

Cheryden, 36, joined the company in 2002 as a Staff Accountant and quickly rose to Senior Accountant, Supervisor, and Manager positions.

Cheryden received a Bachelor's Degree from Trinity International University in Accounting/Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society. Cheryden is also an active member in the Rotary Club of McHenry where she currently serves as Treasurer.

Cheryden's promotion to partner reflects the respect and confidence of her colleagues here at Eder, Casella & Co. and the clients she serves. We are thrilled to promote her to this important position. Please join us in congratulating Cheryden on her promotion!

We have the great pleasure of announcing that Paul R. Berlin, CPA, Ltd has merged with the certified public accounting firm of Eder, Casella & Co. as of January 1, 2012. The new firm is a joining of two extraordinary firms, with practice strengths that are highly complementary enabling the combined firm to provide new and much broader professional services. The merged firm will conduct its practice as Eder, Casella & Co. and will continue to operate from two offices - Barrington and McHenry.
